Cargurus is a listing ad site, so finding a vehicle is on you and dealing with the seller be it a dealer or private seller. The problem with trading in a vehicle for another one with no extra money is you usually get less of a vehicle due to the trade in value of your current car. I plugged your information into the price guide and you could expect $2000 to 2500 for your current car. I don't think you can find a nicer vehicle for that amount of money, plus paying state sales tax on top of it.

No dealer will do a straight swap for a vehicle of the same nominal value. They have to make a profit.
