Was the 2004 Toyota Celica GT a sport badge under the GT badge

I live in Canada and I purchased a used 2004 Toyota Celica GT but under the GT badge
there is a metal badge and it's just the word sport it looks like a stock badge but in all the
pictures I have seen of this car I have never seen this badge before. I have seen the
tsunami package and badges or the action package . I am wondering if this was some
package only offered in Canada. Any help would be greatly welcome

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_Celica --- check this out. Look at the model years 1999-2006 (7th generation) you will find your answer there I believe. Hope this helps
