Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I PAID A REPAIR SHOP TO FIX AN ENGINE IN MY COMPANY TRUCK.  
THEY HAVE HAD IT SINCE DECEMBER 2, 2019. THEY KEEP TELLING
ME THAT THEY ARE WAITING FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED.  I FINALLY
FOUND OUT TODAY THE COMPANY THAT THEY ORDERED IT FROM
AND THEY NEVER PAID FOR THE ENGINE.  SO I HAVE LOST
BUSINESS, MONEY AND THE TRUCK STILL ISN'T FIXED.  WHAT CAN I
DO?

I would tow your truck to an honest shop and get on with business. You can sue later.
