Where is and how do you replace the fuel filter?

Dear JWKV-- The fuel filter on your 1989 Chevrolet Camaro is located under the car, beneath the driver's seating area. It is near the gas tank, mounted on the frame rail in the fuel line. I am happy to help. Good luck from Bovan.
