My car would cut off after say 5 mins of driving, my
fuel pumps works perfectly fine and enough
pressure but one problem I'm not sure about my
fuel pump doesn't always turn over when I turn the
key some say it's normal once it's up to pressure
some say it's not

When the engine off and key on it only primes the system. It runs for about 5 seconds or so and shuts off. But in the start position and while running the pump should run constantly.

When you checked the fuel pump What was the fuel pressure at the fuel rail? and what is the pressure when running.
I thought for carburetor engine it should be about 14
And? 350 doesn't mean carburetor. But if you have one then someone has converted it. There is also tbi injection and tune port it could be.
