As above 245/50/16 is correct if you got the 16 inch wheels. Otherwise put whatever you want on there. A 295 will fit without body mods. The gear ratio is one of three options: 3.23 for a carbureted auto trans car 3.73 for a carbed clutch car 3.42 for a TPI car with the optional G92 performance package. Even better is just to open up your diff and start counting teeth. There is not a third gen camaro yet alive that hasn't been molested in some way, and rear ends are very common. Once you know the gear ratio, and tire size you want to use, you can figure out which speedometer gears to swap without much trouble. Call the folks at Jags That Run if you have an auto. If you have a T5 manual... good luck.
David, I don't remember the Iroc coming with a 3:73 gears stock from the factory, what I do remember is that the Automatic Irocs Came with 3:23 and the 5 speed Iroc came with 3:42
