Are you sure they aren't receiving them? A lot of times people will express interest and just never reply again. One thing you can do to test the system is reply to your own ad and see if you get an email notification. If so, everything is working fine and those people just aren't getting back with you.
I had a friend send me. Response and he never received my answer.
I am getting interest on my add on your site but no one is getting my responses to there offers or questions.
