Ford ranger 3.0

My truck is blowing blue exhaust and smells of gas   
checked the oil and it smells of gas...changed the
oil and still the same

Ok checked the pressure regulator, and it's not spewing gas out of there....and checked the fuel rail for pressure and turned the key a couple built up some pressure at around 21 to 22 psi and slowly decreased from the there....also checked the pressure while it was running and it builds up to 30 psi and goes up when you accelerate
