CAN ANYONE HELP WITH ADVICE ON POOR FUEL ECONOMY?

HELLO GURUS,  
I have a 04 CRV  with horrible gas mileage. i average 15-18 mpg ( 280 miles
per full tank ) I have 3 CRV's and the other 2 averages 28-30 mpg
i have changed
O2 sensor,
oil
spark plugs
Cleaned IM RUNNER & THROTTLE BODY
Air filter
ANY SUGGESTIONS OUT THERE.

You might want to have the transmission checked. If the torque converter lockup is not working you would see reduced fuel economy. Check engine compression and you could have the exhaust gases checked to see if it is running rich.

Thank you so much F_O_R . The Lock up is working fine , i do know it is running rich , i can see the command on the scan tool. I just cant seem to pin point why .
