I have a 1991 Honda CRX that need some work done - A/C, tune-up maybe, diagnose and fix minor problems such as engine revving, etc. and I need to find a good mechanic who can diagnose and work on it. Little Rock, Arkansas area.

I did an internet search - that's how I got here... The only place I found in Little Rock - Donnie's Foreign Car Services doesn't want to work on a car as old a mine (1991).

Engine reeving sounds like timing is off a belt slot or stretched that far and needs a new timing belt too. Look for local shops.
Try your local yellow pages. Look for a Honda specialist.
