Hello I took my wife to eat car was running fine came out of the eatery and started the car I did not think it started so I turned the key to start again the car quit now there is no dash lights when I try to start and it acts like there is no battery in it but the battery is good. Car has been running fine for months till I hit start again when it was running

The car was running it runs so quiet that I thought it was not running I turned
the key to try to start it even though it was running when I did the car shut off
and now it is like there is no power at all the dash lights do not even come on
when I turn the key no power at all.
Can anyone give me any guidance on this

check owners manual see if there's some kind of reset , get a scanner read codes and get the definitions , it may have to be towed to a dealership or mechanic , Newer cars , like so many other things in todays world , can not handle adversity . Basically your car SUCKS , I'm surprised a code doesn't come up when you wipe a booger on the seat ..

Press the brake hard while pressing the start button as you cannot start the car without first stepping on the brake pedal. Repeat again and again. If it doesn't start, your start button may be kaput.
