did you try emailing: user_support@cargurus.com? I agree with you, CS is not great on this site.

I did try that, thank you so much for your input. I figured the best alternative would be to file a complaint with my credit card and request a chargeback, that would get their attention. Still waiting to see if that worked. Thank you once again.
