Car won't start what could be the problem?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It shows it has power. But won't turn over or start or do
nothing.  No noise at all. New battery new starter still no
noise.

My Lexus IS doing the same thing! Except my car will start and after about 30 seconds SHUTS OFF!! I have a brand new battery and I did the “alternator test” and my car stayed on AFTER I TOOK THE POSITIVE off the battery!! Someone PLEASE HELP ME AND MY GUY OUT!!!
