Loss of battery power

I have a 2007 Lexus vs350. The car was involved in a flood situation.  The
problem that I am having is the door keep operating until the battery  is dead.  Is
the problem with the computer or what?  I  have too jump the every time I try to
use the car.

Any car from a flood is a basket case , you would have to go through all the wiring , you'd have to tear the thing apart , not that there's anything wrong with that
