1999 GS400

Car has been sitting for about 1 1/2 in garage.  Prior to sitting there was no
issues, ran like it was new.  New air filter, oil change and new filter, new fuel
pump and filter, no issues at all. I went to start it and it would not start no
surprise, attempted to jump it would not jump, battery was totally dead.
replaced the battery and added fuel (2 gallons) but it still will not start. It will
turn over as though it is going to start but it sounds and feels like its out of
gas. Any suggestions?
