Cracked dash/gx470
Does anybody know where to get a new
dash or a gx470??? I hear Japan
mentioned... I have had my Lexus (my dream
car) 4 years, I do live in Florida. My dash
wasn’t cracked when I bought it... now it’s
ridiculous... I got a letter and was told they
would send another letter... I never got it so I
call the dealership that’s an hour and a half
away from my home... they tell me I’m on the
list... then my key fob breaks and I have to go
get a new key programmed... when I as
about the dash they tell me it’s expired!!! So
next day I’m calling Lexus corporate and had
a case worker and everything... the dealer
was contacted and they said I wasn’t in the
system! Talk about mad and disappointed!!
I had called once a month and ask if they got
the parts in to replace my dash bc my
husband says the one to make the most
noise will get the best results... definitely
didn’t happen!!! They could care less about
customers or customer service!!! I’ll never
buy another Lexus and that’s for sure!!! I’m
going to infinity next time! Can you say bad
business!!!
