My VSC light came on and I disconnected the negative battery terminal... when I put it back on the VSC and engine light had gone off but now I can roll down power windows ... any suggestions?

My VSC light came on in my Lexus along with the
engine light I took your advice and disconnected
the battery cables when I replace them the engine
light and VSC light went off but now I can’t roll
down my power windows any suggestions

Go around one by one to all the windows and take them all the way down with the button on the separate doors when you bring them up all the way hold for 5 seconds at the top and let go, then go to drivers door and use the power window button from there and they should work.
