I replaced the battery in my 2007 lexus is 250 cause it was bad and my car still will not crank

Hi, I have the exact same problem with my 2007 Lexus 250IS. Three days ago it wouldn't start so battery replaced in our home garage. Now it won't even start! It appears the alternator fuse may be blown now too. Did you ever find out what cause yours to not start after a new battery installation? Thanks for listening. Susan

Ii just stated my dilemma a out my ac a d radio not working after a very pricey alternator and battery replacement.
