sorry ...hold my speed or slightly slowing down . I have changed my spark plugs ,my distributor cap and wires and fuel filter . Has any one ran in to this?

Sounds like you might have a dirty throttle body or Mass Air Flow Sensor. Get a can of MAF Sensor Cleaner from you local auto parts store and follow the instructions on the can. Then take an old toothbrush and a can of throttle body cleaner and clean the plate in the throttle body. Keep us posted on the outcome!
