I changed my fuel relay, fuel filter and my fuel pump car still doesn't start but cranks. what els could it be?

I was at a stop when my car shut off on me. i tried to start it up and it did then after a
few seconds it died agin it did that about 5 more times  before it stopped and just
cranked. i know i had a chewed up wire harness and it was raining that day but i redid
those lines and it still wont start.all the wires are matched up right and the fuel pump is
in correctly put i don't hear it priming when the key is in ignition.I'm all out of ideas and
i hoping its something small i missed and not a computer or replace the hole harness
pleas help!!!

LS400 has a Fuel pump ECU in the trunk. Make sure it hasn't become disconnected. If all else fails you can supply the pump with voltage directly to test it.

I HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SIMILAR ISSUE WITH MY 1995 LS 400 THE CIRCUIT TO THE FUEL PUMP RELAY IS OPEN WON'T START
