What is wrong with my 97 Lexus LS 400? LOUD GRINDING & SQUEAKING WHEN STOPPING!

this just started today. but i have noticed for the past month when coming to a stop it was making a squeaking sound. not too bad but noticable. and then today i get in it, and when coming to a stop its making a very loud grinding/ clunking and squeaking sound from the front right side. could it possibly be the breaks or something more.? someone please helpppp!

Prolly need new break pads, Remember to check the rotors and calipers as well.
