What does the red exclamation mark in rpm gauge in LS430 2001

It could be a low tire pressure warning light...Seems like Lexus and other manufacturers have a similar indicator light near the RPM gauge that are for the same thing. Maybe check your tire pressure first and at least rule that out as a possibility.
