Hi Rick ... According to this site http://www.100megsfree4.com/corvette/1960/vet64.htm (you'll find it interesting), only 3.2% of the 1964 Vettes came with the 3-speed manual. And according to this site (http://www.idavette.net/facts/64.htm) 22,229 Vettes were produced that year, leaving 711, or 712 with the 3-speed. There were 13,925 convertibles produced, with, presumably, 445 or 446 with 3-speeds ... Hope that helps!
