SEVERAL LIGHTS CAME ON AFTER MY BRAKE JOB. WHY?

AFTER THE FRONT ROTORS AND ALL FOUR PADS WERE REPLACED,
SEVERAL DAYS LATER THE THREE LIGHTS LISTED CAME ON. WHAT
WAS WRONG? the three lights were VSC SYSTEM, BRAKE LIGHT, AND
CHECK ABS

Take it back, they may have damaged a connector or missed a plug in.

MECHANIC SAYS BREAKS ARE FINE. HE SAYS THAT THERE IS AN ABS CODE OF C1253; ABS PUMP MOTOR. HE THINKS THAT IT WILL COST ABOUT $2,000 TO GET IT REPLACED.

Get a second opinion if you can find a good honest mechanic , sounds like someone is taking you for a ride .
C1253 is actually pointing to the control relays for EBC and ABS motor. Did they do a complete diagnostic on the system? I had a rig once that the relay went bad and gave a ABS module code but it was the relay. You can drive the vehicle but when the lights are on you only have standard brakes, no antilock.
