Insert the key in the ignition and turn it to the "On" position, but don't start the vehicle. Press and hold the tire-pressure-monitoring system reset button --- a small, black button under the dashboard, to the right of the steering column --- until the tire pressure warning light blinks three times, each blink lasting 1 second. Leave the ignition in the "On" position while the system initializes, which typically takes several minutes. Turn the ignition "Off" when the TPMS warning light extinguishes.

My 2007 LS460 does not have a "Key", it has the electronic key pad. How do I get the system "on" with starting the engine?

Don't touch the brakes and push start button just one time
I pushed the black button under the dashboard to reset low tire pressure indicator, as per your instructions, but it did not reset. Is one of the sensors and/or batteries bad inside the tire? How can you check each tire to find the defective sensor without dismantling all the tires? Regards, Terry Basham

The sensor in one of your tire is bad. I had the same problem, took it to Lexus place and they fix it. If you want to save money, take your car to a reliable tire shop.
