4 mechanical 2barrels

I was wondering my dad had a 1964 corvette
stingray  327 4 speed. I’m pretty sure he said
it had 4 mechanical 2 barrels. I was 5 years
old when he sold it to my uncle $3500. He
carried a picture of it in his wallet till he
passed. Around 50 years. My question is did
they make 4 -2 barrels
