Have your insurance company run the VIN for a quote, most previous insurance claims will show up there. Price asking is a little heavy and on the high end. These are currently being purchased at auction from $7K-$11K. If it's perfect and the dealer can prove it's not a flood car, negotiate a little, their looking for a sale I'm sure.
