what is a VSC with a check engine light n

A VSC light and check engine light came on and they are still on. Do you know why.

I had this problem, it turns out that there is some kind of relationship between the VSC and the downstream oxygen sensor. I also had a PO137 code, I checked that out it was the sensor I changed it reset the code and all was well No check engine no more code.
