How do you report fraud

if a dealer posted a price of a car .
you would expect to be able to pay cash at that price plus tax title and license and buy that car.Am i right or wrong , are they able to add to the price 3000.00
and refuse to sell you the car.

OK so CarGurus is fine with the false advertising that it's clients use on the internet. Thats good to know. I will be going forward with this as far as it will go . Do you know what side CarGurus is on . and can you tell me. Oh and others i have talked to say it is fraud . and i think it is to. . I hope CarGurus is on my side . i would love to buy a car . I need one very badly. So how do i do that . knowing CarGurus is OK with false advertising. How do i buy from them. please help. Joel Price
