2000 lexus rx 300 i need help please!

I just gave a complete tune up to my vehicle but when im
driving it starts to pull then i press gas and its ok for a few
seconds then it pulls and i lose power please any
suggestions

If you didn' have the issue before, and since we don't know what parts you changed, or how you went about it, I would recheck your work. Check all electrical connections and linkages and hoses. You might have bumped or damaged something on removal and reassembly of your tuneup parts. I can guess you replaced the spark plugs?
