Asked by lew992001 May 30, 2018 at 08:27 AM about the 2000 Lexus RX 300 FWD

I have had many sensors replaced on my lexus rx300 including all of the o2
sensors! The CEL came on a week after having them all replaced so I took it
to have it anylized and it said o2 sensor bank 2 sensor 1 bad again. Took it
out and cleaned it the light stayed out for 3 days and back on again! I have
done this several times and before the light comes on it lacks power! After it
comes on power returns. My question is what could be causing this issue? I
would like to resolve it once and for all!

I took it to Auto zone and had them scan it. They didn't tell me the code. I will take it back today and see what it says! The light stays off for 2 to 3 days and it starts losing power even if I step on it it will slowly accelerate and then the light comes back on and it regains a little power when the light comes on.

It was just the gas cap! The seal on the cap as split all the way around!
