I approached lexus about this last week. Ended up being placed on a waiting list due to the fact that lexus is still trying to come up with a solution to the problem. They told me that they haven't had an rx fixed yet and that it may be a couple months until the parts are in. replacement is totally free and starts by taking your car to a lexus dealer to have pictures taken of your dash to send to lexus for approval of the replacement

My car is an RX 330, 2005. I had the cracked dash replaced by Lexus in 2016 at no cost to me.
