How critical is the Lexus Towing Prep Package?

Can I safely pull a 3000 pound trailer with a 2022 Lexus RX350 that does NOT
have the Towing Prep package?

Look at the door tag that shows your tire pressure. It should tell you your tow rating. The rating stated on a "proper hitch" will only tell you how much weight the hitch is capable of handling. It is the vehicle's load carrying capacity you need to know.
