2015 Lexus RX 350 not start sometimes

2015 Lexus RX350 will not start, engine turns over fast, no lights on dash come
on while trying to start, headlights if on are strong while trying. Stop and try 5
seconds later and starts OK?

This sounds like a flooded engine especially if it is cold. If this happens after a hot soak then it could be bad fuel or vapor lock in the fuel lines.
