Lexus RX350

I am going to lease a 2013 Lexus RX350.
When do those ( generally) start breaking down or
brakes or tires needed? I only drive about 10,000
miles a year and I am not a brake rider.

Your brakes might last you several years of easy going. Tires can last from 30 to 60,000 miles or more but the stock tires may be towards the lower end depending on your driving habits.

A 2013 must be a used car so there will already be wear on the brakes and tires. How much wear is impossible to say.
