Why is my 2010 Lexus rx 350 leaking water after I drive with the heat or air on?

Bought last month,46000 miles. Love it but noticed a puddle this week. Have had heat
and air on. Checked out by two mechanics who both said car is in great shape.
Changed oil last week, tech also said car is in good condition and every thing looks
good.

Mark said it all and is less words than I would use. My RX350 is 2008, has 120,000 kms up and is still a lovely car. New ones are A$100,000 here, that is about US$90,000!
