Lexus RX 350 (2009)

Tire pressure light stays on even though the right
amount of air is in the tire.  General repair shop
said I need to replace the sensors $400 each).  
There has to be a better way to solve

I doubt air pressure sensors cost that much. A tire shop can do it for a tiny fraction of that.

I got my sensors at Costco for $45 each. Don't forget your spare. My light came on because my spare was underinflated
