Lexus shutting off at stops

My Lexus recently started shutting off at stop lights then
restarting after a few minutes. I get the vsc light, check
engine light, and trac off light. I got the coils and spark
plugs replaced early last year. My boyfriend noticed oil on
the spark plugs. what could be causing this?
