Transmission problems with Lexus RX?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I'm getting a 2007 Lexus RX350 with 141K miles. Its been serviced regularly
(about every 20K miles!) at Lexus dealerships and is in great shape. But I
recently heard that there are transmission issues with Toyota engines, which is
what I'm assuming is in a Lexus. Any advice?

Hi I have problem in gear box lexus Rx 350 2010
Have a 2015 rx350 transmission downshift at high speed ( 70mph), just had the Trans rebuilt.
Brought a 350rx 2015 new only driver 65000 miles and the first gear of transmission hesitate when I take off, then it drive fine, is this the transmission already on a lexus , has no warrant, should I get rid of car, the repair is so high
GuruHXLY3, did you ever resolve the problem with your transmission? I have RX350, 2015 and am experiencing the same symptom.
RX350 . Ive driven a few and owned one . I experience the same slightly jerky change only when cold .Germain Lexus Naples examined it under platignum warranty and tell me its absolutely norma. They replaced the gearbox at 90000 and itsthe same . so dont worry .
