Engine cutoff switch

My 2004 Lexus rx350, coolant filler neck broke
releasing coolant, engine light ignored, truck
overheated and shut itself off. Fixed radiator
but truck won't start all the way, cranks but
won't turn all the way over. Is there a kill switch
to protect engine?

The engine did not shut off, it likely seized up. Your engine is now a boat anchor.
