Spark plug well might have been loose ,excess water from power washes The pressure from hose might have losen it over time stop engine washing see if it goes away
you may have water in your engine, take all the plugs out and see if your engine cranks and have someone watch and see if water comes out of the plug holes. If engine cranks, crank for 30 seconds or so to get water out, put the plugs back in and see if it starts.
Are you getting all kinds of light warnings? if so get air hose and start blowing off motor and never go near a lexus with a pressure washer again. I had a ls400 that called me all kinds of names from the dash lights so I took it to precision tune. they told me they could fix it for $1,250. It sat for about 2-3 weeks then I tried it and it ran fine. You got water in something. American cars can handle a pressure wash then dry the distributor. Lexus not so.
