Question type: Car Customization

hi everyone this my first lexus. and i am very exited.i just found this site in my humble beginnings of research into this masterpiece of a car i bought from an older guy who has owned it most of its life. so im not yet familiar with the inner workings of the site and hoping to get some pointers. i have a few questions to start abut the car but dont want to start posting untill ive seen the already available threads. however the forum seems slim to me. my questions are abut an ecu code. and a potential trany swap. help point me there guys. thanks! happy to be here.

HELLO,First you should know your car is built by toyota,as for reading the ecu code, autozone can and will do it for free,(scan it),what is the tranny doing to think of a swap, not knowing the problem you may have a bad scensor on it.

congrats! i put the 1jz twin turbo, mated it to my factory 5 speed, and created the car we should have got. add all my other mods and it's a sleeper.
