2004Lexus sc road noise

switch to non run flats and get AAA to tow you if you ever have issues or do some research and find a run flat with little road noise... they are going to be very expensive.
First (and lowest cost) step would be to verify the air pressure in your tires. If they are overinflated, the noise will be far worse than normal. I would suggest having the tires filled with Nitrogen as it provides a more consistent and reliable pressure. Ask your local tire shop or even your dealership about this option. Other than that, the noise comes from the nature of the tires. Only sound deadening materials can help. Have you considered Dynamat or a similar noise reducing product? I have an extremely loud exhaust system (by choice) on my Chevy truck but kept the interior fairly quiet simply by installing this product. It can be expensive, but eBay has several alternatives that are just as good. You can complete a high quality install in a day.
