For the people who love the C3's... after completely going through brakes, tires, fuel system etc..every system! on this car it could fetch $8000-10,000 That's what "MINT" low miles all original C3 Vettes go for search around. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Chevrolet-Corvette-Base-Coupe-2-Door-/272319587970
Try this. The 81 C-3 is not a big desired Vettte due to the low HP and smog. #1 Concours$27,600 Condition #1 vehicles are the best in the world. The visual image is of the best vehicle, in the right colors, driving onto the lawn at the finest concours. Perfectly clean, the vehicle has been groomed down to the tire treads. Painted and chromed surfaces are mirror- like. Dust and dirt are banned, and materials used are correct and superbly fitted. The one word description for #1 vehicles is "concours." #2 Excellent$17,800 #3 Good$12,300 #4 Fair $ 5,200 This is a well used high milage needing everything reworked. I rebuilt my 69 after letting it set with 300K + miles on it. $30,000 is a fair guess to get everything done so it is like new. I did extra work that brought up the price. Stock rebuild would be in the 20K range.
