Value of my Corvette

I recently purchased a a 1984 Corvette (white with red interior, leather seats); cross fire engine, all original equipment.  Small problem with the removable glass top which has been "fixed".  Original mileage was 34,640 miles.  Paid $8K and asking price was $10K.  

Did I get a good deal or was I taken for a ride?

Values can't be determines with a model and mileage. Condition is key. A clean 84 vette is worth around $5500, an excellent one around $8800. If you think you got a good deal, you did.

You did fine, an excellent condition 1984 Corvette is worth around $8800. Condition is everything when evaluating a car.

NADA says it's worth between $4,525 and $12,900 with average value being $7,450. You obviously thought it was worth what you paid for it. So drive it and enjoy it! Hope that helps! Jim
