Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just looked at the engine briefly , but it looks like the thermostat is buried under as few other parts .  I am NOT a mechanic so I really am not quite sure I was even looking in the right place .  Can anyone give me any clue as to where it is and how involved it is ? .

The thermostat will be located where the upper radiator hose enters the engine block. Follow the hose from the radiator back and you will find it. It may be buried under the intake manifold, or other parts. I'd suggest getting a Haynes manual which will give you step by step list of parts that need to be removed to access it.
