car at times will not start

FILE DOWN BATTERY CONNECTOR POSTS AND BATTERY POSTS. HAVE ELECTRICAL CHECK OF STARTER. IF STILL NOT STARTING, HAVE ELECTRICAL CHECK OF ALL ENGINE INPUTS AND OUTPUTS.

It could be a fault with the VATS (Vehicle Anti-Theft System). Either have it repaired or install a by-pass. A relatively inexpensive by-pass kit (wire harness) can be purchased from Amazon. Of course by doing this you no longer have the VATS functioning.
