Why does my battery start acting up when i am driving or use turn signals or ac on my 95 thunderbird v8 then goes back up

something is causing alot of resistance somewhere. maybe the grounds need cleaning. clean all the ground connections and use a nail file to clean harness connections and relay tabs. check all the light sockets for moisture and corrosion. possible short somewhere.
