my 95 ford thunderbird has a càsting out
problemes when i step on  the gas. i
changed in line fuel filter,plugs and wires.

Have it read for codes, even if the check engine light is NOT on the computer will have stored information and codes. Discount auto stores will read codes for no fee. Write them down.

I would check the fuel pressure. How many miles on this 4.6?

exhaust blockage i cut out my converters yes all 3 and solved the same problems cheaper option to replacing them
