how to change fuel filter in thunderbird 1995

Replacing the filter requires removing the fuel line retaining clips, removing the filter, replacing the filter and replacing the plastic clips. The U-tube video may be helpful see it at the link...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTmV66aoMz4

cut a piece of the cap off a sharpie marker make a slit in so it slips over the line and use a pair of pliers to push in and it will release the line from the filter
